• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using a secure telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and effective treatment environment for your clients.
• Conduct comprehensive initial intakes, assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation through our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists, medical providers, and support staff to create a holistic approach to client care.
• Engage in case consultations and participate in training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
• Customize your client load based on your preferences, allowing for a balanced caseload that enhances your professional satisfaction and effectiveness.

In this role, you will provide therapy to diverse clients across Nevada, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. You will be supported by a collaborative clinical team focused on developing innovative strategies to improve patient outcomes and promote mental wellness throughout the community.

• Must possess an active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Nevada.
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Excellent clinical skills, with knowledge and experience in treating common mental health challenges.
• Proven ability to conduct telehealth therapy, demonstrating comfort and proficiency with virtual counseling tools.
• A commitment to ethical, inclusive, and client-centered therapeutic practices.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, showcasing your proficiency in delivering quality mental health services.
• Experience working with diverse populations and various therapeutic settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with the integration of technology in clinical practices.

Compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. We offer both W2 and 1099 compensation options, administrative support for billing and scheduling, and assistance with continuing education units (CEUs) to help you maintain licensure and enhance your professional skills.
