Full-time

Job description

$70,000 - $80,000 per annum Campaign Delivery Operations
Immediate start | Location: US Remote - Utah/Arizona/Nevada
native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent. We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students' Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace.
Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students' Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, we offer meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.
This is initially a fixed-term role during a key period of growth, with the potential to develop into a permanent Campaign Manager opportunity.
The Opportunity
We're hiring a Campaign Delivery Manager on a 3 month FTC for someone who will take ownership of delivering a portfolio of US campaigns, working across our teams, campus partners, suppliers and on-the-ground event staff to turn campaign plans into brilliant execution.
It's a hands-on project management role for someone who loves making things happen. One day you might be coordinating the final details of a campus activation; the next, managing suppliers, briefing an Event Manager or solving a last-minute delivery challenge.
You'll work closely with our UK-based Central Operations team, becoming an important part of the bridge between our UK and US operations. As one of our key delivery contacts during US working hours, you'll also be there when campaigns are live, helping teams on the ground, responding to questions and making sure issues are dealt with quickly.
We're looking for someone who can get up to speed quickly, take genuine ownership and thrive in an environment where there is plenty happening at once.
What you'll be working on
As Campaign Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for the following:
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of experiential and integrated campaigns across the US.
  • Turn campaign briefs into clear delivery plans, timelines and actions.
  • Coordinate all the moving parts required to deliver a great campaign, from staffing, production and logistics to campus requirements and suppliers.
  • Work with our Campus Partners and Partnerships team to understand requirements, secure approvals and make sure activations are ready to go.
  • Brief and manage Event Managers, Brand Ambassadors and other teams delivering campaigns on the ground.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Campaign Planning, Central Operations, Creative Production, Staffing, Partnerships and Commercial.
  • Keep clients and internal stakeholders confident in delivery through clear, proactive communication.
  • Manage multiple live campaigns at different stages, keeping timelines, trackers and key information accurate and up to date.
  • Be a key point of contact for delivery during US working hours, supporting teams on the ground and responding to live campaign queries.
  • Spot risks early, solve problems quickly and escalate when something needs wider support.
  • Make sure campaigns are delivered safely, professionally, on brand and in line with what we've promised.
  • Ensure campaign evidence and Proof of Delivery are captured so we can demonstrate the impact of our work.

What we're looking for
You'll already have experience delivering experiential campaigns, events, brand activations, field marketing or similarly fast-moving projects and be ready to take the next step in your career.
You'll be someone who is comfortable being given an outcome and working out what needs to happen to get there.
Specifically, you will bring:
  • Strong campaign or project management experience.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, campaigns or events at the same time.
  • A good understanding of experiential delivery and the practicalities behind live activations.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with clients, suppliers, partners and on-the-ground teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • A calm, practical approach when plans change or problems need solving.
  • The ability to prioritise and make decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Confidence working independently while being part of a wider international team.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed.

Required skills & experience
We are committed to lifting everyone up. We seek to enable people's best work by optimising for freedom with accountability. You'll get the most out of this role if you can bring:
  • Experience working with university or college campuses, student audiences or multi-location campaigns would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
