Job Overview:

Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 3+ years Managing Commercialization Projects or Project Teams.
  • Proven experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the CPG or food & beverage industry.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive stage gate process and decisions on project progress, deviation, mitigation plan, influencing cross functional team in favor of project objectives and delivery expectations.
  • Identify, monitor and communicate project risk to executive teams while supporting the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking key metrics, reporting progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
  • Lead cross-functional project team across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality to innovate on execution processes to improve our speed to market timing.
  • Strengthen the quality, operational, technical rigor within the commercialization processes leading to improved in-market success.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.
