The Graphic Designer serves as a key creative partner within TMC's Culture, Engagement & Impact Division, translating ideas into compelling visual experiences that strengthen culture, elevate our brand, and support organizational initiatives.

Working closely with the Director of Creative & Brand, this role creates high-quality creative assets across print, digital, social media, presentations, video, events, recruiting, philanthropy, employee recognition, and internal communications. Success in this position requires exceptional design ability, creativity, adaptability, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, enjoys collaborating with others, embraces constructive feedback, and takes pride in producing polished work that reflects excellence while helping simplify communication across the organization.

The Graphic Design Specialist ensures TMC's culture, philanthropy, recognition, and brand are communicated visually with clarity, energy, and consistency. Foundational Expectation - Streamlined, Communicative, Quick-Turnaround Creative

  • Maintain a deep understanding of TMC's creative needs across culture, philanthropy, recognition, and branding.
  • Ensure all stakeholders have access to required materials and understand timelines.
  • Respond quickly to creative requests while maintaining accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.

  1. Visual Identity & Brand Management

        Maintain and develop TMC's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.

        Support the Director of Creative & Brand in implementing campaigns, templates, and design standards.

        Provide guidance on design trends, audience impact, and brand storytelling.
  1. Content Design & Production

        Create visual materials for presentations, reports, print and digital collateral, video graphics, social media, and other internal/external communications.

        Develop logos, templates, lower-thirds, title cards, and other multimedia graphics for video productions.

        Produce content that supports culture initiatives, philanthropic campaigns, employee recognition, and events.
  1. Collaboration & Workflow Management

        Act as the central design resource for the Culture, Engagement & Impact Division, ensuring timely, clear, and streamlined communication.

        Partner with leaders, creative team, and cross-department stakeholders to simplify processes and make creative support effortless.

        Maintain a well-organized repository of design assets accessible to internal users.

        Anticipate design needs and proactively provide materials or concepts before requests escalate.
  1. Social Media & Storytelling Support

        Assist with the creation of visual content for TMC social media platforms, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and dynamic brand presence.

        Collaborate with the Director of Creative & Brand to execute campaigns that amplify culture, philanthropy, and recognition stories.

        Deliver quick-turnaround visual assets to keep social and internal communications fresh, relevant, and compelling.
