As Vice President of Growth, you will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, referral growth, market expansion, and revenue performance across the organization. As an executive leader, you will oversee marketing, business development, patient navigation, alumni engagement, and growth operations, ensuring all growth initiatives are aligned to admissions, census, and financial objectives. You will serve as the central leader for enterprise growth strategy, partnering closely with Patient Access, Operations, Clinical, and Executive Leadership teams to create a seamless patient acquisition experience and deliver measurable business results. You will also combine strategic leadership with operational execution and is accountable for developing scalable growth initiatives that increase market share, strengthen referral relationships, enhance brand awareness, and improve overall organizational performance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare growth, business development, marketing, or sales leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success driving admissions growth, revenue expansion, market share growth, and referral development.
- Experience managing significant marketing and business development budgets.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence organizational strategy.
- Healthcare marketing and patient acquisition.
- Data analytics and performance management.
- Financial acumen and budget oversight.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Must possess a current valid driver's license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This role is required to drive for company purposes.
- Travel up to 35% may be required to conduct site visits, attend meetings and conferences. Overnight travel may be expected for this role.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
Preferred
- Multi-site healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading both marketing and business development functions.
Responsibilities:
Enterprise Growth Strategy & Revenue Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise growth strategy aligned with organizational goals and financial targets.
- Establish growth objectives, admissions targets, and key performance indicators across all growth functions.
- Drive sustainable patient acquisition, census growth, and revenue expansion across service lines and markets.
Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and community channels.
- Oversee digital marketing, paid media, SEO, website strategy, content development, analytics, and campaign management.
Business Development & Referral Growth
- Lead business development efforts to strengthen referral relationships and drive patient admissions.
- Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, hospitals, payors, correctional systems, employers, and community organizations.
- Expand referral networks and identify new sources of patient acquisition.
Patient Navigation & Growth Operations
- Lead patient navigation teams to ensure effective patient engagement and support throughout the admissions journey.
- Establish processes and performance standards that improve patient experience and conversion outcomes.
- Align patient navigation activities with marketing campaigns, referral initiatives, and organizational growth priorities.
Alumni Engagement & Retention
- Develop and oversee the organization's alumni engagement strategy.
- Create programs that strengthen long-term patient relationships and support recovery engagement.
- Leverage alumni networks to enhance community outreach, referrals, testimonials, and brand advocacy.
Data Analytics & Performance Management
- Develop and maintain reporting systems that provide visibility into the patient acquisition funnel and growth performance.
- Monitor and analyze admissions trends, referral performance, marketing effectiveness, and revenue outcomes.
- Establish dashboards and performance reporting for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams across marketing, business development, patient navigation, alumni engagement, and growth operations.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while fostering professional development and succession planning.
- Create a results-oriented culture focused on growth, accountability, collaboration, and patient-centered service.
