• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients' mental health histories and needs, forming the foundation for tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques through our secure telehealth platforms, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.
• Collaborate with clients in setting achievable therapeutic goals and regularly assess progress to adjust treatment strategies effectively.
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, or client-centered therapy, based on each client’s unique preferences and needs.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve adapting your approach to meet the distinct needs of individuals from varying backgrounds, including those who may have unique cultural perspectives.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• Possess a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and foster a strong therapeutic alliance remotely.
• A deep sense of empathy, allowing you to connect meaningfully with clients and support them through their challenges.
• Strong organizational skills, coupled with the ability to manage multiple clients and documentation effectively.

• Experience in providing remote therapy is preferred, with familiarity using telehealth platforms and tools.
• Proven ability to work with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development, such as attendance in workshops or training related to innovative therapy techniques.

• The annual salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 104,000, contingent on your assigned caseload and experience.
