This position is completely remote, enabling therapists to provide support to clients from any location they choose. • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, using telehealth technology to deliver care effectively.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing tailored treatment plans based on client needs.
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to provide effective interventions and therapeutic support.
• Document client interactions and progress notes accurately, ensuring compliance with professional and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals as needed, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices.

Our clients come from a diverse range of backgrounds and present with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. The ideal therapist will demonstrate cultural competency, understanding the unique perspectives of clients from different walks of life, and will be adept at tailoring interventions to meet those varied needs.

• A master's level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license in social work (LCSW), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), mental health counseling (LMHC), or psychology (PsyD, PhD).
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions by any licensing board.
• Ability to provide unsupervised mental health therapy services.

• A minimum of two years of clinical psychotherapy experience, particularly with adult populations.
• Proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and formulating treatment plans.
• Experience in employing CBT and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and client record maintenance.

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 70,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus for new hires.
