Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with clients, supporting them throughout their therapeutic journey while tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss case reviews, share best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment focused on the collective success of our therapists and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
