As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be pivotal in shaping the treatment and recovery paths of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging sessions where participants can express themselves, share experiences, and build mutual support.
• Providing Individual Counseling: Offer personalized sessions to help clients explore their emotional landscapes, develop coping strategies, and set actionable goals.
• Collaborating on Treatment Plans: Partner with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that cater to their specific needs.
• Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to evaluate and document client progress effectively.
• Engaging in Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Work closely with an integrated team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support and optimal outcomes for our clients.

Our primary focus is on serving young adults aged 18 to 30 who face a range of mental health issues. As a counselor, you will directly engage with these individuals in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), providing tailored therapeutic interventions that promote healing and self-discovery. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and unrestricted License as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting working with young adults and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:

• Prior experience providing group therapy in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, or Motivational Interviewing.
• Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
