Your primary responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Engage clients in dynamic group sessions that foster connection, shared experiences, and peer learning.
• Providing Individual Counseling: Deliver personalized therapeutic sessions, helping clients explore their thoughts and feelings, and develop effective coping strategies.
• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients in the development of individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans addressing specific mental health needs and preferences.
• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track and evaluate client progress, ensuring that treatment goals are being met.
• Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration: Work closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and discuss complex cases, ensuring comprehensive client support.

This role will focus primarily on teenagers and young adults aged 18 to 30 seeking outpatient services. Your work will involve supporting individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders, within a Program of Intensive Outpatient Therapy (PHP) framework.

• Must hold a valid and unrestricted LMHC license in Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of one year of direct experience in providing mental health counseling is essential.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and technologies.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.
• Background in group therapy facilitation and treatment planning is advantageous.

This position offers an attractive salary range between USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
