Solutions Pharmacy is a growth-driven compounding pharmacy specializing in customized anti-infective therapies for ENT, wound care, and podiatry providers. We partner closely with physicians to deliver patient-specific solutions when traditional treatments fall short.
We are entering a strategic growth phase and are seeking a strong sales leader to help scale our physician outreach and revenue.
Position Overview
The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving prescription growth and expanding our footprint within ENT, wound care, and podiatry practices. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has experience calling on physicians and is ready to build and lead a structured sales team.
The ideal candidate can both close business and create systems that scale.
