About the Role
As Virtual Office Counsel, you will:
  • Handle EPLI-covered litigation, administrative agency charges (EEOC, DOL), and demand letters
  • Manage single-plaintiff matters in federal and state courts
  • Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal strategy documents
  • Collaborate with experienced partners, associates, and paralegals in a distributed team
  • Avoid depositions, hearings, and other in-person requirements

What You Need
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • 5+ years of employment law experience, ideally in a law firm
  • Bar admission in good standing (California preferred)
  • Strong litigation, legal writing, and case management skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
