This position partners closely with Products, Finance, Marketing, Operations, suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL providers to ensure inventory continuity, operational efficiency, and scalable supply chain performance. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills, with a high level of attention to detail, process discipline, and follow-through.

This role supports operational execution, planning accuracy, and cross-functional coordination while working under the direction of the Supply Chain Director. As the supply chain function continues to scale, this role may also support coordination of responsibilities, making prior experience in mentoring, training, or managing team members or coordinators highly preferred.

  • Monitor weeks of supply (WOS), safety stock levels, reorder points, and inventory health metrics
  • Prepare reports, planning inputs, forecasting analysis, and supporting documentation for monthly S&OP processes
  • Identify inventory risks, shortages, operational bottlenecks, and data discrepancies while escalating findings and recommending corrective actions
  • Validate inventory, forecasting, and planning data to ensure accuracy across supply chain systems and reporting tools
  • Maintain planning parameters and support continuous improvement initiatives related to forecasting accuracy

Purchasing & Production Coordination

  • Create, maintain, and coordinate purchase orders through the full PO lifecycle
  • Track production timelines, vendor deliverables, and ETA reporting
  • Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers, freight partners, FBA, and 3PL providers
  • Support international shipping coordination and documentation (DDP/FOB)
  • Support cross-functional supply chain projects, operational initiatives, and process improvements
  • Maintain project timelines, stakeholder communication, action items, and implementation tracking

3PL & Fulfillment Oversight

  • Monitor order flow, fulfillment performance, operational KPIs, and exception reporting
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies across systems and partners
  • Coordinate FBA/WFS replenishment planning and transfer shipments
  • Track freight movements and resolve shipment exceptions proactively
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational coordination with 3PL partners

Data, Reporting & Systems

  • Maintain spec sheets, GS1 barcode records, technical documentation, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and related master data
  • Support product launches, product development timelines, and operational readiness planning
  • Ensure data integrity across ERP, marketplace, warehouse, and reporting systems
  • Analyze operational, inventory, and forecast trends
  • Perform routine audits and verification of purchase orders, inventory records, vendor documentation, specifications, and supply chain data
  • Act as a secondary verification layer for operational and inventory data accuracy

Vendor & Growth Support

  • Maintain supplier documentation, compliance records, and operational files
  • Support onboarding and operational coordination for suppliers, manufacturers, and co-packers
  • Assist in vendor sourcing research, operational vetting, benchmarking, and scalability initiatives
  • Support and improve supply chain SOPs, workflows, and operational processes
  • Provide training, onboarding, and coordination support to future junior team members or coordinators as needed

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, purchasing, logistics, or operations
  • Strong experience within e-commerce, DTC, consumer goods, or marketplace-driven environments preferred
  • APICS CPIM, APICS CSCP, PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certifications preferred
  • Experience with inventory forecasting, purchasing, fulfillment operations, and supply planning
  • Experience working with 3PLs, freight coordination, and international shipping documentation (DDP/FOB)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, WMS platforms, inventory reporting tools, and marketplace operations
  • Familiarity with GS1 barcodes, spec sheets, technical documentation, and BOMs
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Experience mentoring, training, leading projects, or overseeing junior team members preferred
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed
  • Demonstrated experience working with SOPs, process documentation, data validation, quality checks, and operational controls

Benefits

  • 5 days of sick leave annually
  • 5 days of bereavement leave
  • 9 company-observed holidays
  • Wellness reimbursements for chiropractic care, therapy, counseling, dental, and massage
