This remote position allows you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients in need across Wichita, Kansas, and beyond. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions using our secure online platform, creating a safe and conducive space for clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs and therapeutic goals of each client.
• Regularly evaluate client progress through assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain concise and accurate client documentation, including session notes and treatment updates, adhering to ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide holistic care to clients, encompassing referrals for additional services when needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Your clients will encompass a broad range of ages and backgrounds, all seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and work towards resilience and recovery through individualized therapeutic techniques.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LSCSW, and Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• A demonstrated capability and experience providing individual therapy, particularly in a virtual setting.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, ensuring seamless client interactions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering reassuring and effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team dedicated to mental health excellence.

• Prior experience in a remote therapy setting, adapting techniques to suit virtual interactions.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

The salary range for this full-time role is competitive, ranging between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
