In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present a diverse range of mental health needs. As an integral part of our team, you will be equipped to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold a full, independent license to practice (e.g., LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW), free from provisional status or disciplinary actions.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills and a naturally empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficient in computer skills, ensuring effective utilization of our therapy tools and platforms.

• Experience in remote counseling or teletherapy is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to various treatment modalities.
• Familiarity with solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques.
