Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality telehealth clinical counseling sessions to clients seeking support from the comfort of their homes.
• Provide routine and timely attendance for scheduled sessions, ensuring that clients receive the support they need when they need it.
• Document clinical interactions thoroughly and promptly, including intake assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and termination summaries using our integrated electronic health record system.
• Regulate counseling services professionally to uphold and enhance the reputation of Bradford Counseling Services as a trusted provider of mental health support.
• Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures as well as best practices for telehealth delivery.
• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and treatment plans that ensure optimal outcomes for each client.
• Be proactive in taking on additional responsibilities and projects that contribute to the growth and improvement of our organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with clients in a detox center setting, helping them navigate the challenges associated with substance use and mental health disorders. You will have the chance to employ culturally sensitive methods tailored to the varying needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds, and you will play a crucial role in their transformational journey toward recovery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in delivering virtual counseling services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a solid understanding of clinical documentation standards.
• A well-equipped home office that supports effective telehealth delivery, including a reliable internet connection and necessary technology for video conferencing.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with clients in detox or substance use recovery settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
• Proficient in utilizing assessment and treatment planning methodologies that align with evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for the Telehealth LICSW position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
