You will work directly with individuals from various backgrounds who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, promoting personal growth, and fostering resilience.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Required to hold an active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, permitting the provision of independent therapy services as recognized by the State Board.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of post-licensure experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities for both individual and group therapy.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competency in clinical practice.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. New team members will also receive a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 as a part of our commitment to welcoming you to our community.

  • Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own working hours to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
  • Benefit from clinical autonomy, allowing you to apply your expertise effectively and make informed decisions regarding treatment strategies.
  • Engage within a supportive professional network that encourages collaboration and shared learning.
  • Experience a streamlined credentialing process with major insurers, allowing you to expand your caseload quickly.
  • Receive ongoing professional development opportunities, including training sessions that foster skill enhancement and career advancement.
  • Access to resources and tools at no costโ€”no hidden fees or membership charges impede your ability to provide care.
Career Growth Opportunities

At All-Care Mental Healthcare, we are dedicated to supporting your growth as a mental health professional. You will have access to comprehensive mentoring and coaching from experienced therapists, enhanced training opportunities, and the chance to specialize in areas of your choosing, whether it be pediatric mental health, trauma-informed care, or addiction recovery.
