Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, evidence-based therapeutic services to a diverse population of clients, addressing various mental health concerns.
• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and clinical best practices.
• Facilitate therapy sessions through multiple modalities, including individual sessions, couples therapy, and family therapy, adjusting approaches according to unique client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable goals, and regularly monitor their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation that adheres to regulatory standards and ensures continuity of care.
• Utilize an intuitive digital platform for efficient scheduling, documentation, and communication, allowing you to focus on client care rather than administrative burdens.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work directly with individuals from various backgrounds who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their recovery journeys, promoting personal growth, and fostering resilience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Required to hold an active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, permitting the provision of independent therapy services as recognized by the State Board.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities for both individual and group therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competency in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. New team members will also receive a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 as a part of our commitment to welcoming you to our community.
