• Provide individualized counseling sessions via secure video chat to effectively address clients’ mental health concerns.
• Facilitate open discussions to help clients express their thoughts and emotions, ultimately encouraging their self-awareness and personal development.
• Act as a proactive advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying their unique goals and milestones in their treatment journeys.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused methodology informed by your clinical knowledge.
• Maintain robust documentation for each client interaction while adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring a commitment to confidentiality and quality care.

You will work with a diverse range of individuals seeking mental health support, including those facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and various psychological stressors. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) is required.
• Proven clinical and diagnostic skills, with the capacity to independently manage your caseload.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate disposition.
• Ability to formulate professional evaluations and make informed treatment planning decisions.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth consultations, including familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.
• A dedicated workspace at home that complies with confidentiality requirements.

• Experience working with various mental health issues and populations is advantageous.
• Possession of dual or multi-state certifications is a plus and may enhance your candidacy.

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
