Our Remote Licensed Professional Counselor role is designed to provide flexibility and convenience. You will work from your own home, connecting with clients through a secure video interface. As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Providing short-term, evidence-based therapy through live video sessions, employing techniques such as CBT and DBT to address various mental health challenges.
• Assigning and reviewing digital lessons and resources to facilitate continuous learning and skill development between sessions.
• Participating in peer-based quality assurance reviews and clinical consultation meetings to maintain the high standards of our therapy program.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through training opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

This position primarily serves adult and adolescent clients facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. By leveraging evidence-based practices, you will play a crucial role in improving the mental health outcomes of our clients, helping them lead more fulfilling lives.

The ideal candidate will possess the following academic and professional credentials:

• A Master's degree in a clinical track such as MSW, MFT, MC, or MMHC.
• An unrestricted professional license (LCSW/LISW/LICSW, LPC/LPCC/LCPC, LMFT/LCMFT, Psychologist PhD/PsyD, or LMHC/LCMHC)—ability to work independently without supervision.
• No current, past, or pending disciplinary actions on your license.

In addition to the required qualifications, candidates who have the following experiences will be given preference:

• Prior experience providing teletherapy and maintaining a full caseload of clients per week.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology platforms and digital tools for clinical practice.
• Hands-on experience implementing evidence-based treatments and working within a collaborative team environment.
