• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, identifying their mental health needs and establishing personalized treatment plans to address them effectively.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices suitable for the specific needs of clients, ensuring each therapeutic interaction is meaningful and impactful.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic and achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Offer teletherapy options, accommodating clients who prefer remote services or have mobility challenges, thereby enhancing accessibility to mental health resources.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards by ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to continually enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices.

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide support in a culturally sensitive manner, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of each client. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes and empowering them to achieve their desired therapeutic outcomes.

• Candidates must hold a current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy and compassion, along with a non-judgmental approach, is crucial in supporting clients through their mental health journeys.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities are vital for effectively managing case files and administrative responsibilities.

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable, as it will enhance your ability to address a wide range of client needs.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote therapy practices is a plus, allowing for a smoother transition into our flexible service model.
• Experience in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapies, or family systems therapy, would be advantageous.
