Our services cater to a diverse client population facing mental health challenges in conjunction with substance use disorders. You will work with individuals in various stages of recovery, including those navigating detox and those needing long-term mental health support. Clients often include adults from different backgrounds, with a wide range of presenting issues, requiring you to apply culturally competent and individualized therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee is essential for consideration.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health or substance use treatment is preferred.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, demonstrating an ability to support clients effectively in their recovery journey.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are critical for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills are necessary to handle various client scenarios and challenges.

• Experience working in a detox facility or treatment center that focuses on substance use disorders is significantly beneficial.
