This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior BI Data Analyst โ€“ REMOTE. In this role, you will partner closely with Operations Program Management to leverage your advanced data analysis skills, contributing to key initiatives that drive strategic decision-making.

Your expertise will involve creating user-friendly dashboards and executing complex analyses to extract insights from vast datasets. This position not only demands analytical proficiency but also a passion for transforming raw data into actionable recommendations that enhance overall business efficiency and customer experience. Accountabilities Understand complex data structures and relationships across multiple sources. Build and maintain SQL data models and views for reporting and analytics. Identify opportunities for improvement in data sourcing and transformation.

Develop scalable Power BI dashboards with clear storylines. Create and manage automated reporting and data delivery routines. Conduct root cause analysis on data anomalies and collaborate for resolution.

Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all reported data. Support ad-hoc analytics, reporting, and special projects. Requirements 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis.

Proficiency in SQL and relational database management. Handsโ€on experience with exploratory data analysis. Advanced skills in data visualization, preferably with Microsoft Power BI.

Experience with programming in Python, R, and Excel, including macros. Knowledge of ETL tools like KNIME or Alteryx is a plus. Strong communication skills to present complex data to diverse audiences.
