What are Remote Pathology Consultants?

Remote Pathology Consultants are medical professionals who provide expert analysis and interpretation of pathology specimens, such as tissue biopsies, via digital platforms rather than in-person. Job description

Speech-Language Pathologist Consultant Opportunity

We're expanding our Speech Therapy services and need Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve as part-time consultants. You will help us shape local care models, expand insurance contracts, and if interested, create a launch-pad to build or grow your own independent practiceโ€”without the usual operational headache.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a variable commitment, up to 1 hr commitment per week
  • Advise on state regulations, cultural nuances, and care-model innovation.
  • Advise on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence-based, family-centered care.
  • Act as the primary credentialed provider for the group when we are applying to commercial and Medicaid plans in your state.
  • Use and critique our all-in-one tech stack (scheduling, data, EHR, billing) to guide product improvements.
  • If you wish, start seeing clients on our platform and build your own practice over time (no upfront fees, full ops support).

What We Provide:

  • World-class operational support so you stay focused on clinical input.
  • Fully integrated practice-management suite, payer enrollment team, and rapid-pay billing.
  • Access to a nationwide peer community
  • Priority eligibility for a full practice-owner track with 3Y Health whenever you're ready.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Active SLP license in good standing in Texas
  • Familiarity with payer credentialing or utilization-management processes is a plus.
  • Passion for expanding equitable speech therapy care and experimenting with outcome-driven models.
  • Enjoys autonomy and remote, flexible collaboration

Compensation will be $100-150 per hour dependent on experience and geographic location.

About 3Y Health: At 3Y Health, we believe SLPs deserve more โ€” more freedom, more support, and more impact. That's why we've created a platform where SLPs can launch and grow your own practice with no upfront costs and full operational support.

We handle the logistics. You focus on care.

What Makes 3Y Health Different?

  • $0 upfront to join โ€” No fees, no hidden costs.
  • Earn up to $320,000/year based on your client caseload and schedule.
  • Concierge assistance with LLC creation, business banking, and liability insurance.
  • Total flexibility โ€” You choose your hours, clients, and care model.
  • World-class support โ€” We take care of operations so you can focus on clinical outcomes.
  • Custom referral support to help you build your preferred caseload.

What We Provide Practice Owners:

  • All-in-one software suite โ€“ Includes Practice Management, Scheduling, EHR, Data Collection, Billing, Onboarding, and mobile apps for you and your clients.
  • Insurance partnerships โ€“ We're adding new payer partnerships all the time in multiple states
  • Practice launch support โ€“ We'll help you start your own SLP-focused company if you don't already have one.
  • Fast payments โ€“ Get paid upfront per session. No more chasing down insurance.
  • Payroll made easy โ€“ We'll run payroll for you if you'd like.
