Location: Pullman, Washington
Model: Part-time ~ 20 hours per week | Hybrid
School Year: 2026–2027

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking passionate and dedicated School Psychologists to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for School Psychologists in a variety of settings. Whether you're looking for a full-time, part-time, on-site, hybrid, or remote role, we have options that will fit your needs!

From our leadership team to the clinicians, we work together to support each other, make an impact, and create a work environment that fosters collaboration and success.

What You'll Be Doing*:

  • Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
  • Interpret assessment results to identify students' strengths and areas of need, informing educational planning and interventions.
  • Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students individually or in groups to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions and support plans for students.
  • Participate in various district and school meetings (e.g., Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, MTSS meetings, manifestation determination meetings, etc.).
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed to students, families, and school staff.
  • Conduct research and program evaluation to inform evidence-based practices and interventions within the school setting.
  • Stay current with laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to school psychology practice.
  • Participate in professional development activities and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge in school psychology.

  • Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Active state School Psychologist certification or licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state where you are applying
  • NCSP Certification (not required)
