This healthcare professional is responsible for managing the organization's complaint and grievance process; investigating adverse events and other reported events to facilitate understanding of care processes; improving patient satisfaction through direct interactions with patients, family, and other staff members, and working with leadership to address recurrent process problems. Requirements:
