Your primary focus will be on working with stable clients who present with low acuity issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active state license, such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, is required to practice independently.
• Proven ability to assess client needs, formulate treatment plans, and make informed recommendations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy, fostering collaboration and trust with clients.
• Strong proficiency in the use of digital platforms and tools necessary for effective teletherapy.

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Prior work with low-acuity clients and familiarity with solution-focused therapy techniques is a plus.
• Interest or specialization in specific areas of mental health, such as anxiety, depression, or life transitions.

The salary for this part-time role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on hours worked and client load. You will also benefit from:
