Applications Programmer / Developer

Overview:
The Applications Programmer / Developer is responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of complex software applications. This role involves defining system scope and objectives, developing detailed specifications, and overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle. The position also includes leadership responsibilities, such as directing and reviewing the work of other technical staff and ensuring the quality and accuracy of all deliverables.
