Contingent USTDA opportunity - South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission (1131PL26R0063).
Role: South Asia Aviation Country and Institutional Specialist
Accountability: Provide India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Maldives sponsor and market context.
Required evidence: 10+ years regional aviation/infrastructure experience; government and sponsor engagement.
Preferred: Relevant language capability; DFI/USTDA work.
  • Four-year period of performance; intermittent, assignment-based work.
  • Remote work with possible travel in South and Southeast Asia.
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident required for proposal eligibility.
  • Submit a current resume limited to three pages and identify 2-3 directly relevant projects.
