Job description

Private Label | Vendor Management | Inventory Operations

Location: Remote
Type: Full-time
Compensation: $23 an hour


Cyrano builds and operates private-label brands with influencers. We handle the backend — sourcing, vendors, manufacturing, inventory, fulfillment, and operations — so our partners can focus on audience and brand growth.

We are hiring a Supply Chain & Product Pipeline Manager to keep product pipelines moving, manage inventory across brands, and research new supplier pipelines for future launches.

This is a hands-on role. You will be working directly with suppliers, manufacturers, packaging vendors, 3PLs, and Cyrano leadership.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage active pipelines

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure our catalogs are up to speed and operational.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to assist in the launch of new brands
  • Coordinate supplier calls, quotes, samples, timelines, and follow-ups
  • Keep clear status updates on every vendor, product, and next step
  • Identify delays and missing information before they become problems

Manage inventory

  • Track inventory across all brands and SKUs
  • Coordinate POs, inbound shipments, packing slips, and 3PL receiving
  • Support NetSuite inventory updates, item creation, PO receiving, transfers, and adjustments
  • Help prevent stockouts, inventory mismatches, and fulfillment issues

Build new pipelines

  • Research manufacturers, white-label suppliers, co-packers, packaging vendors, and logistics partners
  • Reach out to vendors and schedule intro calls
  • Compare vendors by pricing, MOQ, quality, lead time, customization, scalability, and reliability
  • Organize samples and vendor information into clear recommendations

Maintain vendor systems

  • Keep vendor folders, contacts, documents, and approved vendor lists organized
  • Collect W9s, banking info, references, quotes, QA forms, and supplier details
  • Track vendor performance, issues, pricing changes, and lead-time changes
  • Help create simple SOPs as Cyrano scales


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3+ years in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, logistics, inventory, or operations
  • Experience with NetSuite, ERPs, 3PLs, or other inventory systems NECESSARY
  • Strong vendor communication and follow-up skills
  • Very organized and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, trackers, and operational documentation
  • Private label, CPG, beauty, beverage, supplements, apparel, or wellness experience is a plus
  • Can do attitude
  • Ability to bridge gaps in instruction and take action on your own
