These engineers often work remotely to support network infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network performance to ensure seamless connectivity and data transmission. Their expertise is crucial for mobile service providers aiming to deliver reliable and high-speed wireless services to customers.

Job Description
At Hirevue, our mission is to connect talent to opportunity by transforming how the world hires. We build innovative, purpose-built solutions that help our customers and candidates succeed, and we believe our impact is strongest when shaped by diverse perspectives and experiences. We're looking for a Product Manager who's excited to work on complex, high-impact problems at the heart of our platform and eager to make a meaningful difference.
In this role, you'll help shape products that power how organizations evaluate talent at scale. You'll work closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Data Science to turn customer needs into thoughtful, measurable solutions. If you enjoy digging into ambiguity, making hard prioritization calls, and shipping products that matter, you'll feel right at home here.
Why This Role Is Exciting
This role sits where strategy, customer insight, and execution meet. Your work will influence how millions of candidates experience hiring and how customers make confident decisions. You'll help evolve products that balance innovation, fairness, and real-world impact-all in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
What You'll Do
  • Turn Hirevue's strategy and customer problems into clear product direction by partnering with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Finance, and Customer Success.
  • Define and own a compelling product vision and roadmap that balances near-term customer value with long-term platform growth.
  • Lead ideas from "what if?" to "it's live," including hypothesis creation, discovery, requirements, prototyping, delivery, and post-launch learning.
  • Work closely with Product Design and Engineering to craft intuitive, scalable experiences that customers love and candidates trust.
  • Own backlog prioritization and make thoughtful trade-offs using customer insight, data, and business impact.
  • Keep teams aligned and moving through planning sessions, standups, backlog refinement, and readiness reviews.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Operations to launch new capabilities, including positioning, pricing and packaging, forecasting, and enablement.
  • Take ownership of product areas or themes, with accountability for adoption, retention, and outcomes.
  • Define and track success metrics, learn from what's working (and what's not), and continuously improve.
  • Share product strategy, roadmap updates, and insights with leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Support teams and customers through training, documentation, and the occasional deep-dive conversation.
  • Deliver high-quality work with growing autonomy, while leaning into feedback and collaboration.

Qualifications
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role (Design, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, or Project Management).
  • Experience working on data-driven or evaluation-based products (bonus if you've worked on hiring, skills, or measurement-heavy solutions).
  • Strong SaaS experience and comfort working cross-functionally.
  • A bias toward action paired with thoughtful prioritization.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Curiosity, empathy, and a desire to keep learning.

Additional Information
Why You'll Love Hirevue
  • Your work will impact real hiring decisions and real people.
  • You'll tackle meaningful problems with smart, collaborative teammates.
  • You'll have ownership, trust, and room to grow your product craft.
  • You'll help shape products that balance innovation with responsibility.
