• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing various mental health issues and establishing pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation adhering to all regulatory standards, facilitating the continuity of care and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as specified by the clinical team to ensure precise evaluations and appropriate interventions.
• Collaboratively work with interdisciplinary teams to implement and refine positive behavior support plans, ensuring the client's needs are met holistically.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
• Serve as a liaison to relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems, promoting seamless access to additional resources and support for our clients.
• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to enhance community engagement and ensure that services are reflective of the needs of the population served.
• Establish and nurture cooperative relationships with various agencies and organizations to foster new partnerships and secure funding opportunities for program development.
• Commit to ongoing personal and professional development, participating in workshops, attending conferences, and representing the agency in statewide meetings related to mental health.
• Embrace and promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and processes.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a cohesive and effective team environment.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing emotional health challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. This role is critical in helping clients navigate their unique paths towards wellness, recovery, and independence.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license issued by the state is mandatory.
• Proven ability to maintain clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports that meet legal and ethical standards.
• Strong collaborative skills for effective teamwork in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Excellent communication capabilities to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions based on ethical considerations and professional knowledge.

While the minimum qualifications are essential, experience in a community health setting, familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, and knowledge of mental health regulations would be advantageous. Candidates with prior experience managing interdisciplinary teams or working with specific populations (e.g., those with substance abuse issues) will find this position particularly suited to their skills.
