• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' emotional and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, including crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management plans.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress promptly while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and participate in clinical team meetings to inform treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create positive behavior support plans that enhance patient outcomes.
• Act as a liaison to community partners, service systems, and state agencies to facilitate access to additional resources for clients.
• Promote open communication within the organization to align with our mission and improve service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the organization at relevant meetings.
• Contribute to the licensing and accreditation processes while fostering a culture of compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring the operation aligns with clinic goals.

This position focuses on serving a diverse clientele that includes individuals receiving care for mental health disorders, substance use challenges, and those managing developmental disabilities or brain injuries. • A Master’s Degree in the mental health field from an accredited institution is required.
• An independent LMHC license is essential for this role.

• Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment modalities is a plus.

• Previous experience working in a community health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation standards.
• A history of collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
