This remote position allows you to work in a telehealth setting, where you can communicate with clients through secure video platforms. • Conduct individual video therapy sessions with clients to address their mental health needs effectively.
• Facilitate meaningful discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions and life experiences, aiding in their self-awareness and personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in identifying and articulating their treatment goals and liaising for additional resources when necessary.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to assess clients’ mental health conditions comprehensively and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring that therapeutic interventions align with individual needs.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes as required by state regulations and clinic policies.

You will primarily engage with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health concerns, including stress management, anxiety, and depression. Our clients are looking for a safe space to discuss their thoughts and emotions, and your role will be integral in providing them with tools to navigate their challenges effectively.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• A current, independent license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient computer skills for managing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong clinical judgment and the ability to develop effective treatment plans. Ideal applicants will possess:

• Experience working with adult clients in a mental health setting, particularly in a telehealth context.
• Knowledge of solution-focused therapy modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, facilitating their therapeutic journey.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
