As a Meeting & Special Events Planner, you'll play a key role in designing and executing meetings, conferences, incentive programs, and special events that support business priorities and create exceptional experiences for attendees.

In this highly visible role, you'll partner with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and premier hospitality partners to deliver events from concept to execution. From sourcing unique venues and negotiating contracts to managing budgets and enhancing attendee experiences, you'll have the opportunity to influence every detail while driving meaningful business outcomes.

You'll balance strategic planning with hands-on event execution, leveraging your creativity, project management expertise, and customer-focused mindset to bring events to life. Whether supporting executive-level meetings, creating innovative event experiences, or identifying new ways to improve processes and reduce costs, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact throughout the organization.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in Meetings/Events Planning, or relevant hospitality positions reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of experience in Meetings/Events Planning, or relevant hospitality positions reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Computer skill requirements include: intermediate MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
  • Skilled in project management experience.
  • Required to travel overnight approximately 30%-40% of the time.
  • Required to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
  • Required to lift and move 45-57 pound cases of product.
  • Required to be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
  • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
     

How You'll Stand Out

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration plus 5 years of experience in Corporate Meetings/Events Planning, or relevant hospitality positions reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
  • This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
