Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Patient intake and documentation review
  • Patient/Physician/Facility communication and instruction adhering to our 24/72/24-hour promise
  • Clean sales order creation and dispensing
  • Doctor line calls
  • General respiratory order processing duties
  • General DME order processing duties
  • Attendance at weekly team meetings
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Microsoft office experience, preferred

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • The ideal candidate will display excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information through speech and writing, problem solving skills, conflict resolution, high level of attention to detail, process adherence, and process improvement
  • Conflict resolution with customers/providers is vital in this seat.
  • The ability to work independently and as a team.
