ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Reddit Specialist Freelancer to join our Integrated Marketing team. You'll serve as Orchestra's go-to expert on Reddit strategy, helping clients and internal teams maximize the platform's unique opportunities. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing a deep understanding of Reddit's communities, culture, advertising ecosystem, and evolving platform features. From guiding cross-functional teams to overseeing campaign execution and mentoring junior staff, you will help clients leverage Reddit effectively while shaping Orchestra's Reddit offering.
This is a part-time freelance opportunity (approximately 10-20 hours per month) ideal for an experienced Reddit strategist who enjoys partnering with agency teams to advise clients, execute campaigns, and elevate platform expertise.
This position is ideal for someone with 6+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, community management, or Reddit strategy, who is excited to partner with agency teams to deliver measurable results for clients.
Role location: This role will ideally be hybrid in one of our offices (1 day per week in New York, NY, Washington, D.C., Boston, MA, Miami, FL, Seattle, WA, San Francisco, CA, San Diego, CA, Los Angeles, CA), or can be fully remote.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
As a Senior Reddit Specialist on the Integrated Marketing team, you will be responsible for:
  • Serve as Orchestra's subject matter expert on Reddit, championing the platform internally and externally
  • Lead the development and growth of Reddit as a service offering across Orchestra, including strategy, execution, and process-building
  • Develop and execute Reddit campaigns for clients across both organic and paid initiatives
  • Partner with integrated marketing, stakeholders, and account teams to incorporate Reddit into broader campaigns
  • Train and advise internal teams on Reddit best practices, platform features, and community engagement.
  • Support new business and client growth by pitching Reddit-led strategies and opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance while remaining hands-on with campaign planning, execution, and optimization as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on Reddit trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities to inform client strategy

Essential skills:
  • Deep expertise managing Reddit campaigns across paid and organic initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Reddit communities, platform mechanics, moderation, creative best practices, and advertising products
  • Experience translating business and brand objectives into Reddit-specific strategies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with agency teams and present recommendations to clients
