• Presale activities and delivery support for development and deployment of templates for customers in Proof of Concept/Value scenarios along with support obtaining Initial Operational Capability and/or Full Operational Capability.
• Contribute to Overall Corporate and Business Unit Cloud Strategies.
• Maintain Subject Matter Expertise with Cloud Environments (AWS, Azure, Oracle and Google).
• Business Process Analysis and Engineering to support customer implementation and workflows.
• Contribute to and perform and Workshops & Speaking Engagements as necessary.
• Customer Requirements Definition and Communication with Development Teams and Product Managers on Product Roadmaps.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience (6 years).
• 5+ years' prior experience in direct or related fields (Business analysis, Professional Services).
• Ability to develop test procedures to validate related and evolving IT-GRC security regulations. Must have understanding of all major operating systems and major applications to aid in development.
• Must have mastery understanding of Risk and Compliance activities and the associated assessment process (and variations). Must be able to articulate and translate them into functional workflows based on customer needs and requirements.
• Must have familiarity with XML & JSON files (reading/understanding).
• Must have experience with Word/Excel and other office automation tools, needed in the development of the content. Use of advanced Excel topics (formulas, macros, VBA) would be useful.
• Be able to work with existing content development tools and techniques, and be able to develop and apply any newly required tools/concepts to support the overall content development tasks, as needed.
• Understanding of common scripting languages is critical, and must be able to quickly come up-to-speed on the following: (e.g., python, perl, velocity, Unix scripting, javascript, etc.).
