Description

We are looking to hire out of Florida's leading not-for-profit health systems and is currently undergoing significant growth and digital transformation initiatives across its hospitals, outpatient facilities, and clinical operations. As part of this transformation, our client is investing heavily in clinical technology modernization, including the rollout of Oracle Health's next-generation EHR platform and emerging AI-enabled healthcare capabilities.

To support an increasing volume of strategic initiatives, we are seeking experienced Clinical Project Managers to join its PMO organization. These professionals will lead application-focused projects across clinical environments, helping deliver new technologies, system integrations, and modernization efforts that directly support clinicians and patient care operations.

Two Clinical Project Manager positions are currently being added to support project demand, an upcoming senior PM retirement, and a growing backlog of clinical initiatives.

The Clinical Project Manager will be responsible for leading healthcare technology projects focused on clinical applications, EHR-related initiatives, application integrations, and enterprise healthcare systems. The role will partner closely with technical teams, clinical stakeholders, vendors, and operational leaders to ensure successful delivery of projects across clinical portfolio's.

The ideal candidate will be able to quickly step into an active project environment and independently lead initiatives with minimal ramp-up time.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
