TARGETING 5-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE- MID LEVEL

We are looking for a SQL developer with devops experience

Must be able to convert without sponsorship - USC or GC Holder -
You must do a video call with candidates before sending them to me and verify ID's match - DOB matches on multiple forms of ID

Must provide manager level reference at time of submittal

Candidates must completed AI assessment before submittal/client interview

After offer an ID verification will be completed and during background check an additional SSN screening will be done

Job Title: Mid-LevelSQL DevOps Engineers

Location: 100% remote, EST hours required

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months initial expectation + extensions/conversion

Must haves:

  • 5-9+ years of experience in a similar SQL/DevOps role
  • Solid understanding of SQL engineering with DevOps experience
  • Experience with:
    • Scripting deployments
    • Post scripts
    • Packaging and deploying code changes
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business partners
    • Understand business needs and apply technical solutions accordingly
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment
  • Self-sufficient, able to take ownership of tasks/stories once onboarded

Pluses:

  • Experience working in a fully Agile environment
  • Exposure to payer programs or healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with daily standups, sprint ceremonies, and story-based workflows

Day-to-day:

  • Participate in the team's transition toward a leaner, Agile process
  • Join sprint planning, daily standups, and story reviews
  • Administer unit testing for stories
  • Collaborate closely with the business to:
    • Understand needs
    • Suggest and apply appropriate solutions
  • Work on various projects that require deploying and scripting database updates
  • Once fully onboarded, take ownership of stories from the scrum team
