Job Title: Senior PeopleSoft Integration & Support Analyst
Job Summary:
Next Generation, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Integration & Support Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance a production PeopleSoft environment while leading the integration of new modules into the enterprise system. This role combines functional-technical integration, application support, and PeopleSoft development, with exposure across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and related systems.
The ideal candidate brings strong initiative, technical depth, and the ability to work independently in a complex, mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• PeopleSoft Production Support
• Human Resources, Benefits & Payroll
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the PeopleSoft production environment, including:
oHuman Resources

• Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and process issues in coordination with functional and technical stakeholders
• Research, test, and implement data corrections and processing fixes as required
• Module Integration & Enhancements
• Lead and support the integration of new PeopleSoft modules into the existing production environment, including:

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience supporting production PeopleSoft environments

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
