Live Freely Psychological Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As our Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, focusing on effective communication and resolving interpersonal conflicts.
• Assessing the needs of clients through comprehensive evaluations and developing tailored treatment plans to achieve positive outcomes.
• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to facilitate client growth.
• Regularly reviewing client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure maximum efficacy and client satisfaction.
• Documenting all client interactions meticulously and timely, complying with organizational HIPAA standards and best clinical practices.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care for our clients.

Your work will focus largely on a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing relationship challenges, families in crisis, and couples seeking to strengthen their bonds. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to understand and address their unique cultural and situational contexts will be critical in building rapport and effective intervention.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical therapy services, demonstrating a commitment to client care.
• Proficient skills in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating treatment plans to address a variety of psychological needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing you to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients from all walks of life.
• A strong dedication to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practices in therapy.

While candidates meeting the above qualifications are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with additional experience in the following areas:

• Knowledge of family systems, trauma-informed care, and methods to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.
• Experience working in community health settings or with low-income populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and remote therapy practices.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, with salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
