We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team at Mindful Retreat Mental Wellness Center. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Mindful Retreat, you will:

• Perform individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and a supportive environment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs, strengths, and challenges, and develop tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner, using our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations, collaborating with fellow therapists and support staff to ensure holistic care for our clients.

Your client focus will include a diverse range of individuals and families facing various challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in providing social work or therapy services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and continuous professional development.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred to enhance your role within our team:

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as EMDR or play therapy.
• Familiarity with community resources for clients and families in need of additional support.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
