In your role as an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and developing tailored treatment plans that adhere to best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Administering various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, ensuring that each approach is customized to align with clients' unique preferences and goals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, thereby safeguarding client confidentiality and data integrity.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to foster a holistic approach to client care and improve treatment outcomes.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of therapies provided and share insights with colleagues.
• Acting as a knowledgeable resource for clients and their families by educating them on mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources to support their recovery journey.
• Staying current with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health to integrate new knowledge into clinical practice and foster continuous professional growth.

Your role will primarily focus on individuals navigating the complexities of detoxification and mental health challenges. This diverse patient population may include those struggling with substance use disorders, dual diagnoses, or various mental health conditions that require compassionate support and effective interventions.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, specifically related to mental health or substance use treatment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating comprehensive treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice within the realm of mental health and wellness.

Experience in detox or rehabilitation settings and familiarity with various treatment modalities will be highly valued. Additionally, candidates with knowledge of community resources and referral networks for mental health support will excel in this position.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on your levels of experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
