We are looking for a Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer (Zero Trust Architecture) to join our team. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our rapidly growing company. The position location is remote.

Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Systems Engineer with a strong foundation in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to support cutting-edge satellite communication programs for the U.S. Space Force. In this role, you will apply modern engineering methods to develop and maintain technical baselines, bridge requirement gaps across system and component levels, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to Government and contractor stakeholders.

Theย Enterprise Requirements and Integration Engineer will:

MBSE & Technical Baseline Development

  • Applyย Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)ย principles and tools to support the development and maintenance of technical baselines

  • Analyze system requirements that define and govern the technical baseline, including verification activities

  • Review proposed changes to the technical baseline, assessing impacts to enterprise capabilities and cross-stakeholder integration concerns

Requirements & Integration Management

  • Collaborate with Government and contractor personnel to identify and close gaps in the flow of customer requirements down through system and component levels

  • Lead and supportย Government/Contractor Working Group meetings, including developing briefings, facilitating technical discussions, and authoring meeting minutes

  • Address and resolve requirement gaps, integration issues, risks, and action items across program stakeholders

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify and support management of risks, issues, and interdependencies; proactively surface schedule disconnects and conflicts

  • Develop targeted action plans for issue resolution and assist the Government in executing selected solutions

Advisory & Documentation Support

  • Serve as aย Subject Matter Expert (SME), preparing and delivering technical briefings toย U.S. Space Forceย management and key stakeholders

  • Facilitate program document reviews by performing technical assessments, providing comments, compiling review team inputs, and coordinating adjudication with contractor teams

  • Clearly articulate ideas, recommendations, and options to customers, senior leaders, and diverse stakeholders

Security and Privacy Duties and Responsibilities:
