• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying specific needs and crafting individualized treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish achievable therapy goals and guide them through the therapeutic journey with ongoing support.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation processes and patient management.
