• Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills, maintaining a productive caseload.

• Prior experience in individual therapy or counseling, particularly in a private or outpatient practice.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation systems to support remote counseling.
