This role is responsible for escalated hardware/software/infrastructure issues for external clients relying on your previous experience and Knowledge Base Articles. Technical knowledge: DNS IP routing UDP TCP/IP VPN Email Routing The ability to update, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment is imperative (hard drives, NIC, peripherals).
