• Establish a rapport with clients by developing trusting and therapeutic relationships, fostering an atmosphere conducive to open dialogue.
• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders by utilizing comprehensive evaluations and active listening techniques during individual and group sessions.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored specifically to each client’s situation, leveraging evidence-based practices to address their distinct challenges.
• Conduct regular follow-up consultations to provide ongoing therapy, adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.
• Monitor and evaluate client advancement regularly, setting measurable goals to enhance their coping strategies and mental wellness.

You will primarily engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, and trauma. Working closely with families and couples, you will support complex dynamics and promote better communication and understanding among members. Your role is crucial in guiding clients towards effective conflict resolution and enhancing emotional intelligence, fundamentally improving their quality of life.

• Possession of a valid LMFT license required for practice.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven therapeutic skills with an understanding of various psychological practices and interventions.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for the treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders.
