Salary: $275,000-$350,000
What you have:
  • 10 or more years of experience with IP/technology transactions including licensing, SaaS and/or platform agreements, data usage and AI agreements, open-source compliance issues, and/or protecting trade secrets
  • Preference given for IP diligence experience for buyer and seller associated with IP/tech transactions
  • Experience managing and mentoring attorneys
  • Preference given for-having in-house and law firm experience
  • Active license to practice law

Duties:
  • Manage strategic partnerships, licensing matters, joint development matters, data and/or AI matters, and/or M&A matters that include technology resources
  • Manage IP due diligence across a variety of matters/transactions
  • Manage client relationships with in-house counsel, founders, boards, and/or deal teams
  • Work with engineering/IT/product teams to build/implement automation tools
  • Assist with team build-out including adding attorneys and/or other partners
