• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing and coping strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Document client sessions and treatment progress accurately, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Manage a caseload of clients while maintaining open lines of communication to monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as necessary.
• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.

The primary client population includes adults seeking mental health support for a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and behavioral issues. With a focus on evidence-based therapeutic techniques, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through their healing journeys and empowering them to achieve their mental health goals.

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license in your field (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LPC-MHSP) to practice independently.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions taken against you by any licensing board.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical psychotherapy experience working with adults in an outpatient setting.
• Training and proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Strong documentation skills and experience managing electronic health records and client management systems.

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, supplemented by a potential sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
